This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") establishes the handling of user information in the Android application "TT-Stash" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") and the disclaimers regarding the use of the App.

The App is a utility tool designed to help users download and save videos from video sharing platforms such as TikTok. The App is provided for user convenience and is an UNOFFICIAL third-party application. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any official platform.

2. Information Collection and Use

The App uses the following permissions to provide necessary services. The Developer does NOT collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information (such as name, address, phone number, email address) to any servers.

2.1 Device Permissions and Purpose

• Clipboard Access:
  • Used to automatically detect video URLs and reduce input effort. Acquired data is processed only within the app and is never sent to external servers.
• Storage Access:
  • Used to save downloaded video files to the device storage.
• Overlay (System Alert Window):
  • Used to display a floating button to invoke the download function instantly while watching videos.
• Network Access:
  • Used for retrieving video data and sending data to the Discord Webhook configured by the user.

2.2 Information Collection by Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services for app quality improvement and advertising delivery. These services may collect usage data (crash logs, advertising IDs, etc.) in a form that does not identify individuals, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

3. Disclaimer (Important)

3.1 Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright, trademark rights, and all other rights of the videos, audio, and other content downloaded using the App belong to the original content creators or the respective platforms. Users shall use the App only for private/personal use and must NOT engage in acts that infringe on the rights of others (such as unauthorized reposting, redistribution, or commercial use). The Developer assumes no responsibility for any infringement disputes with third parties arising from the use of the App.

3.2 Relationship with TikTok and ByteDance

The App is an unofficial third-party app and has no relationship whatsoever with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. The names, logos, and services of TikTok are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
